DESCRIPTION
363 Broadway Street is a commercial office building in Winnipeg, Canada. The building underwent a re-clad of the original curtain wall with a higher efficiency curtain wall system. All of the copper-colored glass panels were removed, reseals and addition of insulation in walls. The new curtain wall has 80,000 square feet of new glass panels with different transparency and tones. Special glazing makes them more energy-efficient than the old ones and allows up to 60 per cent more daylight into the building.
