DESCRIPTION
The Daniel J. Terra Building in Philadelphia, former Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Pennsylvania was originally built in 1912 and underwent a re-clad facade retrofit in 2001. With the retrofit, the ornate portion of the lower facade removed in 1950 was replicated as part of the intervention.
