DESCRIPTION
Emporio building, also known as Unileverhaus and Central Plaza, is an office tower in Hamburg, Germany. Originally built in 1964, the building underwent a re-clad in 201. The building was listed as a historical landmark that conditioned the facade appearance. The existing not thermally-isolated facade had to be replaced by a finely-detailed double facade featuring opening windows in order to achieve natural ventilation.
