Building 76 is one of the building in the Hoffman LaRoche complex in Nutley, New Jersey, US. The building originally built in 1967, demolition of existing curtain wall system and construction of a new unitized curtain wall system involving the replacement of existing glass curtain wall and support system on floors 3-15 north and south facades. The project contemplated 82,200 sf SOTA Unitized Curtain Wall T3. The existing glass and facade was removed and re-installed from the bottom to the top.
